SCOPE OF WORKS

• HVAC

The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of plate heat exchangers, tertiary chilled water pumps, fresh air handling units with recuperator, fan coil units, car park, kitchen & toilet extract fans with all associated duct 3,200 TR) is fed from Tabreed district cooling plant.

• Plumbing

The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of GRP water tanks, transfer & booster pump sets and drainage systems with all associated pipe works.

• Electrical

The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of LV panels, generator, sub main & final distribution boards, lighting, power, earthing & lightning protection, CO monitoring, access control, gate barrier, CCTV, audio visual, fire alarm & voice evacuation, SMATV, dimming control, structured cabling, video intercom, central battery & building management systems with all associated containment and cabling. Electrical power supply is fed from 16 Nos 1500 KVA transformers and emergency power supply from 2 Nos 350 KVA, 2 Nos 400 KVA & 2 Nos 430 KVA generators.

• Fire Fighting

The works include the design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of fire pumps, automatic hose reel, dry risers with landing valves, sprinkler, kitchen hood, foam, and clean agent systems with all associated pipe works.
